Michael Crory, President
Mr. Crory is Celtic Communication's founder and President. He has
more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and telephony
fields both in Europe and the U.S. Driven by a philosophy of forthright
business integrity, and a commitment to the highest possible standards
in technology and service, Mr. Crory is responsible for the operating
performance of the company.
Prior to founding Celtic Communications Mr. Crory served as "Telephony
Platform Lead" with in the Advanced Communications Solutions Group
at Fusive Corp, a convergent integrator division of SAIC. The group's
main focus being the integration of geographically distributed enterprise
contact centers utilizing the Cisco ICM product suite.
Prior to Fusive, he spent 6 years with a regional telephony interconnect
company, as Operations Manager. During this time he was instrumental
in corporate reorganization, introduction of comprehensive quality
control procedures, progressive client support techniques and technology
realignment.
Previously he served for 14 years at British Telecom in various
capacities, including technical officer and project manager, during
which time he gained an in depth understanding of the core processes
and functionality of the contemporary telecommunications industry.
Over his extensive career he has become an authority in the areas
of Computer Telephony Integration, IP convergent networking, design
delivery and support of fully integrated telephony solutions and
technical team leadership. Mr. Crory has a TEC Level 3 in Telecommunications
Engineering from Belfast College of Technology, Northern Ireland.
Jill Mulligan, Director of Account Management
Ms. Mulligan is Celtic Communication's co-founder and Director of
Account Management and serves a customer liaison for the company's
growing list of clients. Prior to co-founding Celtic Communications,
Ms. Mulligan held executive administrative positions at Florida
Wetlands Bank, Inc. and Gutter, Josepher & Ruffin in south Florida.
Previously Ms. Mulligan was a regional sales manager for World Books/Doubleday
in London, England where she managed sales teams in Ireland, Scotland
and Wales. She has an HND from Rupert Stanley College, Belfast,
Northern Ireland.
Wesley Horne, Senior Solutions Consultant
Wesley Horne has more than 14 years experience managing computer
networks, server software installations, and desktop configuration,
deployment, and support.
Mr. Horne has Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification
with extensive
experience managing Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop products
including
Microsoft Exchange in a multi-site, multi-domain environment.
Mr. Horne also has experience managing Citrix Metaframe 1.8, Checkpoint
Firewall /VPN, Web Servers running IIS, Norton Anti-Virus Enterprise
and E-mail Gateway, Veritas Backup Exec, Microsoft SQL 7.0 and SQL
2000, and Blackberry Server.
Mr. Horne has several years experience with the Comdial FX telephone
system including VOIP, VCM and Unified messaging integration.
Gerald Singh, Senior Systems Engineer
As Celtic Communications' Senior Systems Engineer, Mr. Singh is
responsible for architecting and managing a wide range of IP-based
solutions. Mr. Singh's experience includes six years at Bergdorf
Goodman, New York, as a Network Manager and Network Administrator.
In addition, he served as Senior Systems Engineer at Fusive Corp.,
a convergence integrator, where he designed and implemented IP infrastructure
solutions for clients such as Sony, GiantBank and Sears.
Mr. Singh is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft
Certified Professional + Internet and a Certified NetWare Administrator.
His Cisco training includes Advanced Cisco Router Configuration,
Cisco Internetwork Design and Cisco LAN Switch Configuration. Mr.
Singh earned a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies from State University
of New York at Buffalo.
Frank Lettera, Senior Networking Engineer
Frank Lettera is Celtic Communications' Senior Networking Engineer.
Mr. Lettera is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in
the areas of networking, technical management and hardware and software.
Over the last 10 years Mr. Lettera has architected, implemented
and managed countless LAN networks and corporate systems. In addition
to his project management skills, Mr. Lettera is an authority in
Cisco, Citrix and Windows technologies.
Prior to Celtic Communications, he was a Senior Technical Manager
with Orius Telecom Services and held technical management positions
at King Kullen Grocery Company and Aerobitron Club Management Systems.
He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate, Cisco Certified Design
Associate, a Citrix Certified Administrator, a Dell Certified technician
and is A+ Certified.
